The Sky Taranis TX
My tyrannical Taranis-soreass-rex was a bit of handful at first, well what
would you expect from the god of thunder.
With some help from a few people and some time on the forums I am training it to
do what I want.
Mike Shellim pointed out a common route to follow.
Inputs are put into a high used channel, where additions, subtraction, multiplications,
and curves used can be carried out.
There is a hierarchy, multiply multiplies its mixer by those above and replace
replaces the mixer lines above itself
The lower channels that are used for the servo values can get some of their value from
the high channels
have a look at this V tail mix
channel |
input |
10 |
elevator stick |
11 |
rudder stick |
2 |
channel 10 |
2 |
minus channel 11 |
4 |
channel 10 |
4 |
channel 11 |
Channel 2 & 4 are the V tail halves
If you add brake elevator compensation, this would be subtracted from
channel 10, also trims for flaps, launch and reflex would go to channel 10
Aileron to rudder mix would require the aileron stick to be used as input added
to channel 11
