I really liked our Luna, but I have a feeling that this model may be better on all counts...................early days yet I know. I am looking forward to finding out.

If anyone wanted a 'first, 4 servo wing, mouldie' I have no hesitation whatever in recommending this model.

Already, I like it a lot..............................

A great day at Selsley, spoilt a little by one suicidal paraglider who kept flying between the models, all the others stayed on the right hand side of the slope. Wayne got away and landed at Lyneham

SCSA News

Dear S.C.S.A. member,

The March 2010 meeting of the S.C.S.A. will take place in the Bear of Rodborough on Wednesday17th March at 8:00pm.

It will be a "bring what you are building" evening where you can show what you are building and tell us about it or ask questions for advice etc.

On Sunday 21st March we will hold a Winter Thermal competition (any later and we would have to call it the Spring Thermal!). This will be held on Minchinhampton Common at 9:30am for a 10:00am start. We need as many people as possible to help run the event. Each slot requires a pilot, a tow man and a timer and ideally we need at least 3 pilots
flying together. So we could get away with 9 people competing, towing and timing each other but it would be preferable to have some extra helpers. If you have a towline please bring it along. If you want to enter, you need a glider with a towhook. Please try and get there for 9:30am and register your intention to take part so that the slots can be
worked out before the start.

Hope to see you on Wednesday 17th March at 8:00pm.
Bryan Tucker (Chairman)
