Indoor flying

Every Saturday at Bentham Hall 6.00PM till 8.00PM, bar open after.
This venue is open to all with BMFA insurance, spectators welcome, criticism in the manor of Statler and Waldorf   especially welcome

I had a phone call last week informing me Dill has passed away. Dill had been unwell for some time and used a mobility scooter and trailer to carry his models to the slope. I last saw Dill at one of our club meeting carrying an oxygen cylinder to help his breathing, he had been out driving on his last day

Helicopters
I said in my helicopter bits a couple of weeks ago it may take two weeks or a year to learn to fly, how about 3 day days? watch Kristy Carnage.

 Keith taught me to fly a heli on his Phoenix, this is reckoned to be a very good heli sim, I tried G3 but this is too easy. The Piccolo on  FMS is a bit wobbly and may be useful for getting used to an indoor heli.
to Fly a heli you need to process position, speed and acceleration in all 4 planes - yaw, roll, pitch and hieght
