We
have postponed the SCSA meeting and Paper Airplane Competition that was
scheduled for 18th January. So no meeting this week, we will
send a revised date later. There were 17 entries, and some great racing between the EPP pylon racers. Two casualties: Bryan's M60 met Pails Acacia coming the other way

Hi,
I just wanted to say how appreciative I was of the kind words
expressed at the January 2012 club night on my retirement as Chairman
and for the very generous present of an Amazon ‘Kindle’, which
will not only be very useful whilst on long haul flights, but in
between times as well at home. It is a fantastic modern device,
literally a library of one’s choice in the pocket, weighing next to
nothing and which I am quickly learning to use.
A sincere thank you to all who contributed, I will cherish it.
Also for electing me as a life member, it is a great honour to be
appointed as such and much appreciated.
