Report

The Competitors were given 1 minute to gain height, then must be outside of the course on the start time. The course was 10 legs with a turn  on the signal from the flag man. The whole model must pass the turning points any cutting of turns will require return to turn point to complete a full length. The last comp of the year apart from the boxing day race turned out to be a quite a good one and took place at Haresfield main slope. There was reasonable lift most of the time apart from the last to fly in the second round when Guy hit a patch of sink just before the start of his turn & ended up in the top of a tree but he managed to retrieve it.
The winner was Phil, which was not a surprise with his fully moulded machine, I think all enjoyed the morning and I was pleased to have a few more turn up.
